Tensing has managed to extend its status as a Microsoft Gold Independent Software Vendor (ISV) and proves once again to have expertise at the highest level. Tensing has had the Gold status since 2006.

Microsoft values both the innovativeness of our (mobile) software solutions and our focus on quality. Moreover, the Gold status is a key differentiator in the market. Microsoft verifies the correct application of its technology by thorough analysis of the Tensing software. In addition, Microsoft checks at a large number of customers if the supplied Tensing software proves itself in practice. On both points we succeeded", said Scheurwater.

Microsoft has placed Tensing in the highest echelons of its partner program. Before the "Gold" status is granted, Microsoft analyzes and evaluates the supplier and its products on various criteria. Besides innovative qualities the stability and safety of the products is evaluated in combination with Windows operating systems and other applications. Microsoft only grants this status to partners with the best qualities in the Microsoft programming environment. As a Gold ISV partner Tensing works closely with Microsoft to develop its solutions.

The Microsoft Partner Network (MPN) is the network of Microsoft partners to assist them in achieving organizational goals. In 2010, Microsoft enhanced the rules for participation in this network to target a clear distinction on level of competence. The designation Silver or Gold also makes it easier for end customers to choose a software partner who has the appropriate level of expertise. To achieve a competency partners need to have certified employees and high scores on customer satisfaction, along with many other qualities.
